Last minute projects

I have been looking at apinterest again. Knowinh that i have less than a week of summer vacation left I've been doing some projects.

For this one I put magnets onto my most used makeup and hingba baking tray on the wall. Now I have a neat and easy way to store my makeup that doesn't take up space on my dresser.

Mommy's Shoe

Lilly likes to put on our shoes and attempt to walk around. It's very hard to catch on video because if she notices that you ate filming her she immediately leaps out of the shoes so she can see what you ate filming. It's become very difficult to get quality recordings of her. But this one is pretty good.

A Marvelous Idea...If it works

Lilly loves playing with my makeup brushes and gets very upset if I don't allow her to participate when I am putting it on chapstick. I've also found her in my bag of lipsticks with a rather large mess more than a few times. So, I have been looking for a set of fake makeup for her. However, I have been unsuccessful.
I found online where people took old compacts (or bought new ones from the dollar store) and chiseled out the makeup. They then pour nail polish into each compartment. I thought that sounded like a lot if work and kind of bad as far as odor goes. So, I had a genius moment. Why not pour mod podge over the makeup?! So I bought some Makeover from the dollar store and gave it a shot. I think it's going to work! And it has almost no odor so it's definitely better than nail polish. Even if the experiment is a failure it only cost about four bucks so I'm ok with it.
