Dressy Shoes

Today I had an interview with the head of the foreign language department at ASU. I am currently considering switching jobs so I can spend more time with Lilly and she can spend less time in a daycare. ASU is currently looking to hire Spanish instructors and I think it might work out well for me. Of course, it is A LOT less money. Let me rephrase that, It's a HELL OF A LOT less money. But when you start to analyze the amount of time that I would be required to work for a "full-time" position it actually isn't too bad. You are a full-time employee when you teach at least 5 classes per semester. Each class meets for 3 hours each week and then you are required to hold 4 office hours a week. So, I wouldn't be required to be at the school for more than 20 hours a week to be considered full-time. Sounds pretty good right? Until you hear how much they pay you. Ready? 10,000 for the entire semester. That's it. So, this would be a serious drop in pay but, would also be a serious drop in work load, I hope. I am also planning on going back to school to get my master's degree and there is an entirely online program through the University of Southern Mississippi that is accredited and looks awesome. So this would give me the opportunity to do that and then possibly make a decent amount of money at the university level.  What do you guys think? Should I quit my current job which I could keep for the rest of my life if I wanted to, or should I take a lower paying job and start working towards my masters so I can also spend more time with Lilly? It's a big, scary decision and I am worried I'll make the wrong one or miss out on a great opportunity to improve mine and Lilly's quality of life. Please comment and tell me what you think!

By the way, the photo above is of my dressy shoes which I wore to my interview. On an interesting note, my interview was supposed to be tomorrow and they called to re-schedule this morning. My options were wait until next week sometime or come today. I decided to come today. There was only one problem, I wore blue-jeans and tennis shoes today. So, I had to rush home at lunch and shower and change into something presentable. I took the photo with my cool camera app and this one mimics the photographs that a Diana camera would take. I think it makes it look vintage and kinda cool.
